Well Week 2 day 2 and 3 went just as planned, actually day 3 wasn’t that bad. It felt good and I was able to run the 90 secs no problem. After each run I jumped on the elliptical machine for another 20 minutes for more cardio.
I haven’t been able to start week 3 yet due to the massive snow storms we have had. I have been snowed in my house for the past 3 days and I actually WANT to get to the gym!
Imagine that, I want to go work out. Now that to me is more important than how far and how long I am running. I now want to go work out! wow! Never thought I would say that!
Still walking at a 3.5
but running at a 4.6
